Comparative clinical studies performed in human subjects1-4 have shown that the use of SON Formula® provides only 0.04 kcal/g. In contrast, dietary proteins, provide 4 kcal/g. That is, 99 times more kilocalories per gram in comparison to those provided by SON Formula®. As a result, it can be concluded that SON Formula® provides 99 times less kilocalories per gram in comparison to any dietary protein, protein supplement or amino acid formula.
