I wanted to tell the International Nutrition Research Center (INRC) how grateful I am for their discovery of SON Formula (map master amino acid pattern). INRC has been tenderly caring for our Levi for 7 years now. I do not even want to imagine what these 7 years would have been like if SON Formula had not been there for us.
My son was born with a liver disease that required him to get a liver transplant when he was only 6 months old. He also had kidney failure. He was so malnourished because of his illnesses that he was still the size of a newborn at 9 months and on dialysis. The hospital’s doctors said he would never recover his kidney function, and he would eventually need a kidney transplant as well. He did not urinate at all for 10 months. In April 2017, his creatinine was around 3.4, his BUN was 100, Cystatin C was 4.1, and he was in constant need of blood transfusions, with his hemoglobin dropping below 8. We could not get him to grow, and he was being tube-fed. After 6 months of dialysis and not growing, we replaced his prescribed scoop of complete amino acids by Nutricia in his formula with an equal amount of SON Formula (map master amino acid pattern); not even 1 week later, his BUN dropped to half!

After 7 months of taking MAP and undergoing hemodialysis, my son began urinating again, and he regained enough kidney function to come off dialysis (December 18, 2017) with a creatinine of .93! At that time, he only had 25% kidney function, and I was told he would eventually still need a kidney transplant because he would outgrow the kidney function. The opposite happened! I continued to give him SON Formula in his tube feedings, limited dietary protein intake and used the INRC exact instructions on proportions of formula. Our son continued to recover kidney function and finally began to grow. Three years later we weaned him from tube feeding, I fed him a raw vegan diet inspired by Dr. Brook Goldner and continued to give him SON Formula. Our son is now 7 years old, has 70% kidney function and is growing. There were gaps in time when I did not give him SON Formula, and he ate meat or beans instead. Unfortunately, he stopped growing during those times and his kidney function would begin to deteriorate again. We simply got in touch with INRC again, and they got us back on the bandwagon with SON Formula and a vegan diet with very low protein content and his kidneys went back to baseline, and he started growing again. Today, December 5, 2023, his creatinine is 0.62, his BUN is 25, his hemoglobin is 11.5, his Cystatin C fluctuates between 1.3 and 1.6, and he has grown 2 inches in 6 months.

SON Formula gave our son's body the tools it needed to heal itself. Thank you, INRC for your abundant grace and for giving Levi MAP all these years. Thank you for your kind heart and for your drive to bring healing to all people.
